THE STORYWinks Lash Lounge, located in gorgeous Devonshire, Bermuda, helps enhance the natural beauty of their clients' eyes with lash lifts. No artificial or unsafe materials used here—just the client's own eye lashes permed to be more curvier which in turn makes them appear longer...and sexier. Inspired by stunning surroundings and the extraordinary people who live there, Winks can't help but be passionate about enhancing beauty. When it came time to develop the brand identity for their new boutique lounge, they knew it had to have an ultra feminine feel that was also modern, colorful, and bright.
THE SOLUTIONTaking their business quite literally, I illustrated a brandmark that showcases exactly what they do–alluring, long eyelashes–and built them from the initials of the company's name. In order to maintain a unified aesthetic between the brandmark and logotype, I custom-lettered "Winks" to reflect the curvaceousness in the brandmark. Next time you find yourself in beautiful Bermuda, don't be timid... Lash out!
