THE STORYSurrounded by scenic landscapes, historic landmarks, culinary havens, theaters, and specialty shops, The Spires luxury residences is currently under development in the heart of downtown Frederick, Maryland. Boutique by design, The Spires is comprised of six townhouse suites spanning four floors, each boasting remarkable details, expansive views, and infinite possibilities. JR Capital Build turned to Lisa Sirbaugh Creative to help them develop a marketing piece that would showcase the artist renderings, floor plans, and elevations of the new property to prospective buyers and investors. What better way to show off this incredible luxury design-build project than with a stunning viewbook?
THE SOLUTIONThe Spires viewbook is designed to deliver JR Capital Build’s ultra luxurious, modern vision for the boutique residences, taking prospective buyers on a journey of redefined affluent living. The cover features the newly created brand identity, graphic elements, and tagline—printed 5/5 (4 color process + spot color) on a lavish soft-touch laminated stock. The interior pages feature spacious gallery-like layouts highlighting the artist’s vibrant renderings, accompanying floor plans and elevations, and stunning downtown vistas—printed 4/4 on 100# Endurance Silk text.
